ASFED and ESASDER, has come together to lift Turkey's largest academy

 

Elevator Industrialists Federation (ASFED) and members of the association Eskisehir Asansörcü Association (ASSAD), which will be held in Eskisehir met on 19 September 2019, Turkey's largest elevator Academy project. ASFED Chairman Yusuf Atik and Education Committee Members held a meeting at the school building with the officials of leading elevator companies in Eskişehir.

Eskişehir Tepebaşı State Material Office has reached the end of the Elevator Academy, which will be opened within the Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. The elevator academy, which has its own two-storey building of 500 square meters, was supplied with all the materials and placed inside the building. In the remaining stage, elevator assembly and installation works, which will be done voluntarily by ESASDER association and leading companies of Eskişehir, will be completed.

Yusuf Atik: “The more we care about education, the more the elevator industry will develop and grow”

ASFED Chairman Yusuf Atik, who asked for the support of the sector in the subject, drew attention to the importance of education for the sector. Atik: “The elevator academy that ASFED will establish here is one of the biggest investments made for the future of the industry. Today we came together for a very nice purpose. We could not come to this stage without ESASDER, our companies in the sector and you. Hopefully, the bright young people who will grow up here will work for you in the future. And they will graduate as qualified lifters, all of whom have received their proud training. The more we care about education, the more the elevator industry will develop and grow. ”

Ekrem Boyacıoğlu: “As Eskişehir elevator companies, we are ready to do whatever is necessary for our school”

ESASDER Chairman Ekrem Boyacıoğlu, who hosted ASFED Management in Eskişehir, said that the school is very important for Eskişehir and that they have been working for the project for a long time. Boyacıoğlu: “We have been supporting the education project of the ASBlink. It is exciting to see that the workshops are being established now. Currently, intermediate staff shortage in our industry is one of our biggest problems. Today, a maintenance worker or an installer comes from the bottom of the companies in the system we call the apprenticeship method. With this school, we will have an educated and qualified workforce with young people who started learning this job at the age of 12. As ESADER members and Eskişehir elevator companies, we are ready to do whatever is necessary for our school. ”

Kadir Yalçın: “There will be a 300-capacity academy in the future”

Eskişehir Tepebaşı State Material Office Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Manager Kadir Yalçın and school teachers Yalçın stated that the elevator branch will be opened this year. Kadir Yalçın: “After completing the installation process in the workshop, we expect to enroll around 20-25 students in the first place. Then Open High School will be opened in our department. We plan to have a three hundred-capacity lift academy in the future, with both academy training and open high school enrollments. The children are eagerly waiting for the section to open. ”

The meeting continued with the speeches of Education Committee Members Nermin Boyacıoğlu, İbrahim Özçakır, Rasime Sazak and Gülay Pala. While the members of the Education Committee gave information to the ESASDER members about the stage reached, they shared the work plan regarding the things to be done. According to the shared plan, the meeting was ended with the distribution of duties under the management of ESASDER President Ekrem Boyacıoğlu.
