Finally, Mik-el Elektronik's "UV-DCM Disinfection Control Module", which it designed in-house, aims to protect the elevators against viruses and other harmful microbes and to travel in healthy conditions.

The UV-DCM Disinfection Control Module is placed inside the elevator cabin, it is activated when there is no user and it destroys the germs, viruses or other harmful bacteria in the cabin with UVC light. Mik-el Elektronik Sales and Marketing Manager Emrah Terzan stated that the UV-DCM Disinfection Control Module performs disinfection when operated in the right conditions in the cabin, and said that the module only allows UVC lamp to shine when nobody is in the cabin, the door is closed and at the floor level. In this way, Terzan explained that the elevators are automatically disinfected after each use and cleaned with viruses with the UV-DCM Disinfection Control Module, and that users can use the elevators with peace of mind.
