New rules for exhibition after COVID-19

After the Covid-19 outbreak, regulations on how to organize fairs and what to do in terms of the health of both visitors and exhibitors began to emerge during the normalization process. In the paper published by CNR Holding on the subject; It was announced that a series of applications will be implemented in order to secure the traffic of buyers and to eliminate possible risks at the fairs.

In the statement made, the following statements were included; "Fairs are known to be the catalyst of the economy and the export dynamo all over the world. Because of the fairs that have been delayed and canceled due to the Covid-19 outbreak, there is a great demand from suppliers and buyers of all sectors for the reorganization of the fairs as soon as possible.

As part of the preparations carried out by CNR Holding within this framework; Based on the studies carried out all over the world by the UFI International Fairs Association and the realities of our country, it will implement a series of measures at national and international fairs to be organized as of August.

Some of the measures taken in this context are:
- New accreditation conditions will be introduced to companies that provide services in meeting the needs of exhibitors such as stands, catering and security. Subcontractors who are uncontrolled, unprotected, working and violating public health rules will not be allowed to work.
- Any person showing signs of disease control body temperature at the exhibition entrances will be made to the health surveillance.
- Fairs will close on Saturday to avoid the densities that occur on Sundays.
- Fair entrances will be open only to professionals. People under the age of 15 and unmasked visitors will not be admitted to the fairground.
- Free fair invitation will not be distributed in order to prevent unrelated people to come to the fair.
- Entrance and exit points of the fair will be rearranged to prevent density.
- There will be a limitation on the number of people who will be present at the fair area. (1 guest per 10 m2 on average)
- In order to avoid excessive density in the fair area, social distance rules will be followed.
- to put some distance between tables in the eating and drinking areas.
- Emergency Health Service points will be created and the number of ambulances will be increased.
- Disinfectant vending machines will be placed at the fair entrance and exit points, food and beverage areas, toilets and resting points.
